Selling your business: questions, answered straight

Questions
Getting started
How do I start a conversation with Angel Acquisition Partners?
Call us or request a call, and tell us a little about your business and what you’re hoping for in a sale. The first conversation is informal and confidential, with no obligation, just a chance to see whether we’re a good fit.
Is the conversation confidential?
Yes. We know word of a possible sale can unsettle employees, customers and vendors. Everything you share stays private, and nothing is discussed with anyone without your permission.
What information should I share first?
Start with the basics: what your business does, how long you’ve owned it, roughly how many employees you have, and your timeline. Financial details can come later, once we’ve both decided to keep talking.
Questions
How we work
What does Angel Acquisition Partners do?
We buy businesses to own them for the long term, not to resell them. We fund growth from cash flow, keep the business’s name and team in place, and let the owner decide how and when their role winds down.
What kinds of businesses do you buy?
Businesses in every industry. If you’ve built a healthy, established company and you’re thinking about retirement or your next chapter, we’d like to hear about it, whatever your business does.
Where do you buy businesses?
We’re based in Orlando, Florida, and buy businesses nationwide. Most conversations start by phone or video, and we meet in person when it makes sense for you and your business.
Questions
Price and terms
How do you decide what to offer?
Every offer depends on the business itself, including its revenue, profitability, history, team and customer base. We’ll walk you through how we arrived at our number, so you understand the offer before you decide anything.
Do you resell the businesses you buy?
No. Unlike private equity, we have no fund deadline and no obligation to resell. We buy businesses to own them, so the name, the team and the customer relationships stay in place for the long term.
A business decision should
start with the facts.
Share the details of the business, the opportunity, and what you want to achieve. A clear understanding of the situation is the right place to begin.
